Andrea Nuñez

Hola hola! I'm a photographer based in NYC.

The name Drea Noon carries a few meanings: a nickname from my best friend, a nod to my last name, and the hour I was born. Originally from Peru, raised in Miami, I’m now happily planted in Astoria, Queens. I specialize in street, portrait, and brand photography.

I have an MA in Anthropology and a decade of experience in user research, project management, and operations. This means I ask good questions, listen closely, and run shoots that actually feel organized. I love the collaboration part the most, like figuring out together what we're making and why, then capturing it in a way that holds up long after the shoot wraps.

Outside of photography, you'll find me at neighborhood markets and trash clean-ups, at concerts, creative community events, or walking my playful Shih Tzu mix, Pumpkin, around Astoria.
